The journey to a driving licence begins with a starter lesson

Before we start your Effective Training, we make sure to conduct a starter lesson. This allows us to evaluate how we can help you to get your driving licence in the best and most effective way. During the starter lesson, you as a student will:

• Opportunity to meet your driving instructor and tell him/her what you want from the course.
• A thorough and personalised review of the training with your driving instructor.
• An overall assessment of your level of knowledge to enable you, together with your driving instructor, to create the driving licence experience that is most optimal for you.
• If you have practiced privately before, you can of course bring your tutor with you so you can get your questions answered together!

What happens before the Efficiency Training?

Before you start your efficiency training with us at Jarla Trafikskola, we make sure to go through some preparatory steps. In this way we can offer you a tailor-made efficiency training course adapted to your particular circumstances.

• After the initial lesson, we'll make sure we know what your driving ability level is, so we can create a personalised driving experience with careful planning and strategy to suit you - you'll find out what you need to focus on to succeed.
• Depending on how far you have progressed in your driving licence training, we recommend that you complete the Effective Training for one, two or three weeks. Together with your driving instructor, you will plan which elements to focus on, so that you get the most out of the training. We are flexible with times and days!
• In order to create the most efficient course structure possible, Jarla Trafikskola makes sure to book your driving test with the Swedish Transport Administration when you start your training with us.

What happens during the course?

During the Efficiency Training, we go through what you need to practice to pass the driving test at the Swedish Transport Administration. Below we list our top tips for the ultimate driving licence experience - our goal is for all our students to leave with their licence in hand! 

• THE RIGHT ATTITUDE IS ESSENTIAL
  In order to get the most out of your training at Jarla Trafikskola, it is therefore important that you come well rested and prepared for all lessons and sessions. This also makes it easier for us to follow your personal planning and strategy.
• HARD WORK PAYS OFF
  During your training, you will be given homework by the driving instructor - you should do this if you want to develop as a driver. It is also important to constantly reflect on what went well and less well in previous lessons. With focus and ambition you will create opportunities to achieve your goals faster.

After a few lessons, you'll find out how you're doing in your driving training, and whether you need more lessons to get ready for your driving test. Of course, you can continue to practice driving at home after the Effective Training if you don't want to take more lessons with us. However, you are always welcome to book in at your convenience!
